- 2 tbl spoons Coconut Oil 150g Desiccated Coconut ½ tps Vanilla Essence 60ml Maple Syrup ¼ bar of 85% Green & Blacks Chocolate (melted and piped on top)
- This is what I did...
- Mix all ingredients together and add to an ice cube mould. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to set then best stored in fridge. When set add the melted chocolate to a piping bag then pipe to bites.
