Marinade:Plum sauce - I used 'Blue Dragon Sticky Plum Sauce'
- Twice cooked potato wedges are steamed then baked, no skins with a sprinkle of paprika and pinch of salt. Just peel and chop into wedge shapes.
- Steam the veg.
- Marinade: Simply mix together ingredients and soak meat in it overnight. Make extra as sauce. Add once cooked.
