Returns & Refunds: If you find a fault in a product (apparel & accessories only) you have 7 days to notify us to discuss your options. We are not at liberty to offer a full refund but happy to exchange like for like or for available apparel/accessories in the FTBF range or offer a credit note. Please email us email@example.com
Fresh product & Bake at home Kits are non refundable/returnable - In exceptional circumstances please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Allergies & Intolerances: If you have any allergies or food intolerances PLEASE contact our team who can confirm all ingredients used, know preparation environments and any additional information we have. Where possible we use 'free from' ingredients. This isn't always possible. Some ingredients used may contain allergens such as wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, soya and nuts. We are doing all we can to eliminate these and will update these terms. Currently this is largely our chocolate based products.
We have a 5* kitchen registered with Portsmouth City Council.
