Sunday brunch with grapefruit and avocado - A simple tasty, fresh start to your day. The flavours just work.

Ingredients

Grapefruit
Avocado
Pepper
Lime Juice
Bacon
Potato Waffles

Directions

  1. Grill your potato waffles and bacon draining off all the fat you can. I also cut off the layer of fat around the edge. If you cut an avocado in half you can use a spoon to easily scoop it out of the skin. Sprinkle lime juice and pepper over your sliced avocado. Cut up your grapefruit and add to your plate. I don’t mind my food touching and mixing it up a bit so I had it all together.
