- Grill your potato waffles and bacon draining off all the fat you can. I also cut off the layer of fat around the edge. If you cut an avocado in half you can use a spoon to easily scoop it out of the skin. Sprinkle lime juice and pepper over your sliced avocado. Cut up your grapefruit and add to your plate. I don’t mind my food touching and mixing it up a bit so I had it all together.
