Lime & Chili Broccoli
I got inspired by a recent trip to a restaurant (a review will appear soon!) by their amazing broccoli – So here is my version made with poached cod and sweet potato wedges with paprika.
Olive oil spray
- Spray the olive oil in a frying pan and add a little salt and pepper. While pan is heating up in a bowl add your broccoli heads with steams attached and a heavy dose of lime juice. Finely chop the chilli flakes and sprinkle over. Stir and add to hot pan. Fry off for a few minutes then add to a hot oven for a further 15 minutes. Serve.
