Lime & Chili Broccoli

I got inspired by a recent trip to a restaurant (a review will appear soon!) by their amazing broccoli – So here is my version made with poached cod and sweet potato wedges with paprika.

Ingredients

Broccoli
Chili flakes
Lime juice
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil spray

Directions

  1. Spray the olive oil in a frying pan and add a little salt and pepper. While pan is heating up in a bowl add your broccoli heads with steams attached and a heavy dose of lime juice. Finely chop the chilli flakes and sprinkle over. Stir and add to hot pan. Fry off for a few minutes then add to a hot oven for a further 15 minutes. Serve.
