Fish & Chips Gone Glam!
Fresh minted mushy peas with poached cod and paprika potato wedges. It’s fish and chips gone glam!
- Chop potatoes into wedge shape and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper – Bake for approx. 40 minutes on 180. Cook up you peas then place in food processor, add a dash of olive oil and a sprig or 2 of fresh mint (leaves only). Poach cod fillet.
