Chocolate Brownie

Playing around with recipes to make them free form yet remain delicious is what I love doing! This is a chocolate and walnut brownie with NO dairy, NO wheat or gluten and NO eggs. It is also one of the best brownies I have eaten!

This recipe has gone down a storm over Christmas with it selling out any many markets over the festive period. I sell this as part of my new range of JARS aling with the Ginger-Bread Cookie Jar. Look out for the 'How To...' videos that show you exactly what you need to do with your jar.


Dark dairy/soya free chocolate – Melted
Coconut oil
Free From self raising flour
Coco powder
Soft brown sugar
Sea salt
Sunflower oil
Vanilla essence
Oatly Chocolate milk
Choose an added extra! Cherries/Walnuts/dried fruits or even chilli - Mix and match too


  1. Pre heat oven to 180c – Line a square tin and grease the side with a little oil.
  2. Sieve flour, coco powder, sugar in a large bowl and add salt. Mix. Add the vanilla, oil, Oatly milk, and melted chocolate. (Add coconut oil to broken chocolate pieces. Place in microwave. 30 seconds, mix, 30 seconds, mix till melted. Keep an eye on it as you don’t want it to burn!) Chop the walnuts and cherries and stirn in the whole mixture.
  3. Pour into tin then bake for 25 minutes. Take out and let it cool completely before you turn it out and cut. Eat hot or cold!
