BBQ Pork with Rice Noodles

A quick 10 minute meal full of flavour and goodness. This is a simple stir fry with homemade sauce and rice noodles straight from a packet. You can vary the vegetables used to suit your tastes and mix up the meat too. Why not try it with chicken?

  1. Pork Peppers Green beans Broccoli Onions Rice Noodles – I used fine ones but you can use whatever you prefer
  2. BBQ style sauce:
  3. Cider vinegar BBQ seasoning Manuka honey
  4. This is what I did...
  5. Marinade the pork in the BBQ style sauce. To make the sauce simply add it together – Lots of honey (any type will be just as delicious I’m sure). Slice up all the ingredients and stir fry in a little oil. Add salt and pepper and then more of the sauce. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add noodles and turn off the heat and allow to sit for a few minutes. Serve.
