Pork in Plum Sauce
This sweet pork dish is accompanied by basic steam vegetables full of vitamins. The flavour of the pork is amazing, a sweet tang! The potato wedges should be fluffy with crisp coating and paprika always works well this way.

- Baby corn
- Green beans
- Pork shoulder steak
- Plum sauce - I used 'Blue Dragon Sticky Plum Sauce'
- Lime juice
This is what I did…
Twice cooked potato wedges are steamed then baked, no skins with a sprinkle of paprika and pinch of salt. Just peel and chop into wedge shapes.
Steam the veg.
Marinade: Simply mix together ingredients and soak meat in it overnight. Make extra as sauce. Add once cooked.
