My Refreshing Green Juice
I made this when I was dehydrated and craving something refreshing. I often find myself in a dehydrated state as I don't drink nearly enough water… This is a good kick start to feeling great again!
You will need a blender of some kind.
What’s in it…
- x2 Kiwi
- ¼ Cucumber
- 100% Pure apple juice (Or try juicing your own?!)
- Fresh Mint
This is what I did…
Add a few mint leaves to the blender with the cucumber and kiwi chopped up, then top up apple juice. Enough to cover the rest of the contents.
WHIZ IT UUUUUP!! Done.
