This was one meal I loved that never loved me… even though it always made me ill I never realised it was because of my vast intolerances.

This is creamy and indulgent and It never makes me ill. WIN.

What’s in it…

  • Free From Lasagne Sheets
  • Lean Mince Beef
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Seasoning
  • Garlic
  • Tomato Puree
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Red Wine
  • Fresh Basil
  • Peas

White Sauce

  • Oatly Cream
  • Violife Spreadable
  • Nutmeg
  • Garlic
  • Black Pepper

This is what I did…

Fry off all ingredients for mince layer adding in the red wine, tinned tomatoes and basil once fried.

In Smaller pan add all white sauce ingredients and gently heat melting the Violife and stirring constantly. You may want to add a little corn starch to thicken – personal Preference.

Assemble your lasagne and bake on 180 for approx. 30 mins.
