Cinnamon Porridge

A simple sweet breakfast choice. Proven to lower cholesterol and a source of slow release energy. A great way to fill you up until lunch!

What's in it?

  • Porridge oats
  • KoKo milk
  • Banana
  • Maple syrup
  • Cinnamon

This is what I did...

Cook the oats with a sprinkle of cinnamon following packet instructions. Once cooked slice as much banana as you like and add with maple syrup and more cinnamon.
